Schedule Your Free Medical Exam (This Exam Is Scheduled By Phone) - After your Life Insurance Application Request is submitted, a paramedical examiner will contact you within 5 business days to schedule a brief and your no-cost medical exam that can be completed at your home or office. The exam usually takes less than 30 minutes.
The exam is paid for by the insurance company and typically consists of blood/urine specimens, height/weight and blood pressure readings, and medical history questions. To obtain the best results, it is very important that you fast at least 10 hours prior to the exam.
Please note this process does NOT apply to the policies that do not require a medical exam. |

The quicker you return it to us, the quicker we can start the whole process. Also, a quick return of your application makes it more likely you will receive the premium rate you were originally quoted (this, of course, is subject to underwriting and not guaranteed). As time goes by, events occur that change premium rates: you get older, your health changes, insurance companies change premiums, etc. Submitting your application promptly helps to avoid these events. Equally important is the completeness of the application forms. Missing information can introduce delays into the process. This is a simple problem to avoid. Our applications are sent to you highlighted and include an instruction sheet to assist you.
